When do you need this cyan ink tank?
This Canon PGI-2500XL cyan ink tank has been specially developed for printing colour documents and photos where blue tones play an important role. You need this ink tank when your printer indicates that the cyan ink has run out, or when your prints show a yellowish or greenish tint where blue should be.

Compatibility with your Maxify printer
This ink tank works exclusively with specific Canon Maxify printers from the IB and MB series. For the IB series, these are the models 5050, 5120, 5150, 5155, 5350, 5370, 5420, 5450 and 5455. For the MB series, it concerns the 4050 and 4150. Always check the exact model number of your printer before ordering.

Advantage of the XL version
By choosing this XL version, you get 19.3 ml of ink, which is considerably more than the standard version. This means you can print for longer before you need to replace the cartridge, which is especially useful for regular colour printing or larger print jobs.

Practical installation tip
Make sure your printer is switched off before you install the new ink tank. The reference number 9265B001 is also printed on the packaging, so you can check that you have the right cartridge. Store new ink cartridges at room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight until you are ready to use them.
