When should you use special acrylic paper?
Acrylic paint has a thick, paste-like consistency and calls for paper that can withstand moisture and pressure. This Canson acrylic paper pad has been specially developed for acrylic paintings and can handle both thinned and undiluted layers of paint. The sturdy paper provides a stable surface for various acrylic techniques.

Why choose this A3 format with 400 g/m²?
At 297×420 mm, this pad offers enough space for extensive compositions and detailed work. The thick 400 g/m² paper forms a stable base that does not warp under the weight of multiple layers of paint. This format is ideal for study assignments, portraits or landscapes where you need room for expressive brushstrokes.

The benefits of a canvas texture
The paper has a canvas-like grain that mimics the natural texture of painter's canvas. This texture helps the paint adhere better to the surface and gives your painting a professional look. The grain allows you to create interesting texture effects, and the paint stays where you apply it, without running.

Practical details for long-term use
The pad is glued along the short edge, so you can easily tear off each sheet without damaging the paper. With 10 sheets, you have enough material for multiple projects. The acid-free paper prevents yellowing and ensures your artworks keep their colour for years, which is especially important for work you wish to keep.
