CANSON Mi-Teintes drawing paper, white, 20 sheets

This Canson drawing paper gives you two textures in one block: a fine grain and a textured side, ideal for a range of techniques.‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍ At 160 g/m² the paper holds up well under pencil, pastel or ink, and thanks to the glued edge along the short side your sheets stay neatly together.‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍

What is this drawing paper for?
CANSON Mi-Teintes drawing paper is specially developed for dry drawing media such as pastels, charcoal and chalk. This paper gives you the opportunity to work with different textures thanks to the unique dual structure of each sheet.

Why choose this 240 × 320 mm size?
This compact size is ideal for studies, sketches and smaller artworks. The 240 × 320 mm size fits well on your drawing table and offers ample space for detailed work without requiring much storage space. With 20 sheets, you get a workable quantity for multiple projects.

The benefits of the dual texture
Each sheet has two different surfaces: one side with a honeycomb structure and one side with a fine grain. This dual texture gives you flexibility in your drawing technique. The honeycomb structure holds more material for intense colours, while the fine grain is suitable for subtle details and smooth transitions.

Practical tips
The paper weighs 160 g/m², which provides sufficient sturdiness without becoming too heavy. The block is glued along the short edge, so you can easily tear off sheets without damaging the paper. First test on a small piece which side of the paper works best with your specific drawing media and technique.
