With these transparent clip folders you keep your documents clearly organised. The coloured clips make categorising a breeze - perfect for projects you want to find quickly.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need transparent clip folders?
Clip folders are ideal when you want to organise documents quickly without punching holes in them. You use them for presentations, project files or important papers that you need to consult regularly. The transparent design lets you see straight away what is inside, without opening the folder.
Why choose coloured clips?
These clip folders come with clips in five different colours: black, red, yellow, green and dark blue. You receive 5 of each colour, giving you a total of 25 folders. The coloured clips make it possible to categorise your documents by colour, which greatly improves your overview and organisation.
Benefits of the transparent format
Thanks to the transparent material, the contents always remain visible, which saves time when searching for specific documents. You don't have to open every folder to check what is inside. This makes these folders particularly practical for busy work environments where efficiency matters.
Practical use of the colour system
With five different clip colours, you can set up a logical system. For example: red for urgent matters, green for completed projects, yellow for ongoing tasks, blue for administration and black for general documents. Because you have 5 of each colour, you can organise several documents per category without running out of stock.
