What is a document folder with a clasp closure?
A document folder with a clasp closure is ideal for organising and safely storing large quantities of paper. You use this folder when you want to keep many documents together without them falling out. The clasp closure ensures everything stays firmly closed, even during transport or storage.

Why choose this 130 mm capacity?
With a capacity of 130 mm, this folder offers room for a substantial stack of documents without the folder becoming too heavy or unwieldy. This thickness is perfect for project files, annual administration or bundling contracts. The expandable gusset automatically adjusts to the amount of contents.

Advantages of the clasp closure with linen band
The combination of a clasp closure and linen band makes this folder extra sturdy and durable. Unlike elastic bands that can stretch or snap, a clasp closure remains reliable for years. The linen band withstands regular use and gives the folder a professional appearance.

Practical tip for use
When filling, note that the folder uses the A4 format with dimensions of 240 x 320 mm. This means standard A4 documents fit perfectly without folding or creasing. It is best to store the folder upright in a cupboard or drawer, so the clasp closure is not put under strain and the documents stay neatly organised.
