What is a document folder with this capacity used for?
A document folder with a 130 mm capacity gives you the space to store large quantities of documents in an organised way. This size is ideal when you have a lot of paperwork that belongs together, such as complete project files, annual reports or extensive administration that you need to consult regularly.

Why choose this A4 format with a buckle closure?
This folder measures 240 x 320 mm, so A4 documents fit perfectly without creasing. The buckle closure with a linen strap ensures that your contents stay secure, even during transport or when the folder is full. This is more practical than folders that only close with an elastic band.

The benefits of an expandable gusset
The expandable gusset adjusts automatically to the amount of contents. This keeps the folder lying neatly closed, even when it is not completely full. At a maximum capacity of 130 mm, the closure continues to function well without the folder bulging or becoming damaged.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Store the folder upright in your cupboard or shelf so that the buckle closure remains easily accessible. Thanks to its light blue colour, you can easily distinguish this folder from others in your filing system. Fill the folder gradually and check regularly that the buckle closure still closes properly as the contents increase.
