Sturdy document wallet that keeps your important papers safely stored. With the buckle fastening and linen strap, everything stays neatly in place, even during transport.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a document wallet with large capacity?
A document wallet like this EXACOMPTA variant is ideal when you want to store and transport a lot of loose documents safely. With a capacity of 130 mm, you can organise a considerable amount of paperwork without needing multiple folders.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format of 240 x 320 mm fits standard office sizes perfectly and offers enough room for your documents without unnecessary bulk. The yellow colour helps you find the wallet quickly among other documents and makes it easy to organise different projects by colour.
How does the buckle closure work in practice?
The buckle closure with a linen strap keeps your documents firmly in place, even during transport. This system is more reliable than elastic bands, which can snap, or clips, which can come loose. The closure ensures your wallet doesn't accidentally fall open and your papers don't end up scattered.
Practical tip for use
Thanks to the expandable gusset, the wallet automatically adjusts to the amount of contents. Start by placing the heaviest documents at the bottom and work upwards with lighter papers. This keeps the wallet standing stable and prevents documents from tilting or crumpling.
