When do you need a 25 mm archive box?
An archive box with a 25 mm spine width is ideal for storing smaller quantities of documents that you want to keep organised. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for standard office cabinets and bookshelves.

Why this compact variant is practical
With a spine width of 25 mm, this archive box fits perfectly in tight archive spaces where every centimetre counts. The compact dimensions of 240 x 320 mm prevent you from using boxes that are too large for small quantities of documents.

Sturdy construction with manila board
The box is made of 0.5 mm manila board, which provides enough strength for long-term storage. The material is firm enough to retain its shape, even when fully filled. The three flaps and elastic bands ensure that the contents stay securely closed and cannot shift during transport or storage.

Practical storage and use
The boxes are delivered flat, which saves space when stocking and transporting them. The writable spine label makes it easy to identify the contents without opening the box. The green colour also allows you to apply colour coding in your archive system for even better organisation.
