What are window folders and when do you use them?
Window folders are document holders with a transparent window so you can see the contents without opening the folder. You use them to neatly organise important documents you need regularly, such as contracts, invoices or project files.

Why choose this A4 format?
These window folders measure 220 x 310 mm and are specially designed for standard A4 documents. Thanks to the opening on the right and top, you can easily insert and remove paper without damaging it. The A4 format fits perfectly in standard suspension files and filing cabinets.

Sustainable recycled cardboard of 130 g/m²
The recycled cardboard of 130 g/m² offers enough sturdiness to protect documents well without being too heavy. This cardboard weight ensures the folders keep their shape, even with frequent use. By choosing recycled material, you contribute to sustainable office practices.

Practical organisation with window pocket
The transparent window lets you recognise the contents at a glance without having to open the folder. The organisation print on the folder helps you sort documents systematically. With 10 pieces in the pack, you have enough folders to set up or expand a complete filing system.
