Durable view folders made from recycled cardboard that keep your documents neat and organised. The window and organisational print make sorting a breeze, and with 100 pieces per pack you're well stocked for some time.
When do you choose this product?
What does a viewing folder do, and when do you need one?
A viewing folder is a practical document organiser with a transparent window, so you can see at a glance which document is inside. You mainly use viewing folders when you regularly need access to important papers without having to take them out of a folder each time. They are ideal for sorting contracts, invoices, instructions or other documents you consult often.
Why choose the A4 format?
The A4 format of 220 x 310 mm is perfectly suited to standard office paper in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your documents fit in without folding, and the format fits seamlessly with your existing filing system. This size ensures that both loose sheets and small booklets stay well protected without sliding around.
Sustainable recycled cardboard
These viewing folders are made from recycled cardboard weighing 120 g/m². This material is sturdy enough to withstand daily use, while you make an environmentally friendly choice. The cardboard is strong enough to protect documents, yet not so heavy that your archive becomes unwieldy.
Practical set of 100 pieces with organisation print
You receive 100 viewing folders straight away, allowing you to set up a complete filing system. Each folder has a special organisation print that helps you label and categorise your documents. The opening on the right-hand side and at the top lets you insert and remove papers quickly without fully opening the folder.
