When do you choose this product?
When do you need presentation ring binders?
You use presentation ring binders to present and protect documents neatly during meetings, client visits or for archiving projects. They are ideal when you want to display A4 documents without them falling out or becoming damaged.
Why this size of 220 x 310 mm?
These binders are specially designed for A4 documents and, thanks to their dimensions, offer sufficient space without the paper getting creased. The size ensures your documents are presented neatly and professionally, while remaining easy to handle.
Practical benefits of the clear window
The front viewing window lets you see at a glance which documents are inside, without having to open them. Combined with the organisational print, this gives you extra structure for organising your paperwork. This saves time when searching for specific documents.
Colour coding for better organisation
The binders are supplied in various pastel colours, allowing you to distinguish between different projects, departments or document types. This creates a clear overview and prevents documents from getting mixed up. The recycled board of 120 g/m² also offers sufficient sturdiness for daily use.
