What are document folders and when do you need them?
Document folders are essential office supplies for organising and protecting loose papers. You use them when you want to temporarily bundle documents without punching holes or placing them in a ring binder. They are ideal for project files, client folders or sorting administration.

Why choose this A4 size?
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The size offers enough room for your papers to fit comfortably without creasing. With 100 pieces per pack, you immediately have a large stock for the office or home working.

An eco-friendly choice with 100% recycled material
These EXACOMPTA folders are made entirely from recycled material, making them an environmentally friendly office solution. The paper weight of 220 g/m² provides sufficient sturdiness to protect documents well, without the folders becoming too heavy to handle.

Practical tip for recognition and organisation
The canary yellow colour makes these document folders instantly recognisable in your filing system. You can use them for colour-coding different projects or departments. Preferably store the folders upright in a document tray, so you can quickly grab the right folder without having to go through the whole stack.
