When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for organising loose documents at the office, home workspace or during study. You use them to keep important papers neatly in order without having to punch holes in them. These EXACOMPTA FOREVER 250 folders are ideal when you regularly work with A4 documents and are looking for a durable storage solution.
Why choose this A4 format in this colour?
The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm are perfectly suited to A4 documents, with a little extra room for easy handling. The pink colour helps you create a colour-coded system, so you can tell different projects or categories apart at a glance. With 100 pieces in one pack, you immediately have enough stock for extensive organisation projects.
Durable 220 g/m² card
The card weight of 220 g/m² provides sturdiness without making the folders too thick. This material is strong enough to hold several documents, yet remains flexible for everyday use. The 100% recycled material suits an eco-conscious office setup without compromising on functionality.
Practical organisation tip
Store the document folders upright in a filing cabinet or document tray for optimal accessibility. By combining the pink colour with other colours from the FOREVER range, you can build a complete colour-coded filing system. Label the folders at the top for quick recognition of their contents.
