What is this folder for?
You use this folder to present documents in an organised way for signature by several people. The compartments allow you to neatly separate different contracts, forms or other papers that need a signature and keep them in order. This prevents important documents from going missing during the circulation process.

Why choose A4 format?
The A4 format fits standard office paper perfectly and slips easily into most office drawers and filing cabinets. You can organise different projects or departments per compartment without the folder becoming too thick.

Sturdy construction with expandable spine
The PVC cover ensures durability under heavy use, while the expandable accordion spine with fabric reinforcement gives way as you add more documents. The pink recycled cardboard compartments of 300 g/m² are sturdy enough to hold documents securely in place. The reinforced corners prevent wear with regular use.

Practical details for everyday use
The label holder on the front lets you clearly indicate what is in the folder, which is handy if you use several folders. The triple punching in the compartments makes it possible to temporarily fasten documents. With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this folder fits in standard suspension files and sits comfortably on your desk while you work.
