What are document folders and when do you need them?
Document folders are essential office supplies for keeping and transporting important papers in an organised way. You need them when you want to protect documents from creases and dirt, or when you want to neatly arrange paperwork in filing cabinets or on your desk.

Why choose this A4 format?
These folders, measuring 220 x 310 mm, are specially designed for standard A4 documents. The format provides enough space to fully cover your papers without them sticking out, ensuring optimal protection during storage and transport.

The benefit of 80 g/m² paper weight
With a weight of 80 g/m², these folders strike the right balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This paper weight is firm enough to protect documents effectively, but not so heavy that the folders become awkward to use or take up too much space in your filing system.

Practical stock tip for offices
With 100 pieces per pack, you have a generous supply suitable for medium to large offices. The green colour helps create a colour-coded filing system, allowing you to visually distinguish between different document types or departments. Store the folders flat and dry to prevent warping.
