When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for neatly archiving loose documents in suspension files or filing cabinets. You use them when you want to keep various documents together without punching holes in them or putting them in a ring binder. These ROCK'S document folders from EXACOMPTA are ideal for offices that regularly handle archiving work.

Why choose the A4 format?
With dimensions of 220 x 310 mm, these folders are perfectly suited to A4 documents. The format offers enough space for standard office paper without documents getting creased or folded over. Because the size is slightly larger than exact A4, your papers stay neatly protected, and you can also store slightly thicker stacks of documents without any problems.

What does 80 g/m² paper weight mean?
The paper weight of 80 g/m² provides sufficient sturdiness to protect documents well, without the folders becoming unnecessarily bulky in your archive. This weight strikes a good balance between durability and practical use: the folders don't tear easily, yet they don't take up too much archive space either.

Practical stock tip
With 100 pieces per pack, you have a generous supply for a long time. The ochre colour helps you organise different files or departments by applying colour coding. Store the folders in a dry place and keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
