What are document wallets used for and when do you need them?
Document wallets such as the EXACOMPTA ROCK'S are indispensable for keeping loose documents organised. You use them to group and protect important papers without having to punch holes as you would for lever arch files. They are ideal for project files, client folders or temporary document storage.

Why choose this A4 format?
These wallets measure 220 x 310 mm and are specially designed for A4 documents. The format offers enough space to store your papers neatly without folding or creasing. Because they are slightly larger than standard A4, thicker documents or small enclosures also fit into the wallet without any problem.

Benefit of the pack of 100 pieces
With 100 document wallets in a single pack, you immediately have a substantial stock for your office or administration. This quantity is practical for businesses that regularly set up new files or for organisations that manage many projects in parallel. You won't need to restock often and you benefit from the good-value bulk pack.

Practical tip for use and storage
Store your document wallets upright in a filing cabinet or drawer for optimal accessibility. The various colours in this range help you visually distinguish different categories of documents. Make sure you distribute heavy documents evenly to prevent the wallets from tearing.
