What does a collection box do, and when do you need one?
A collection box is used to temporarily gather loose A4 documents and store them in an orderly way. This is ideal for project documents, correspondence or papers you need regularly but do not yet want to archive permanently.

Why choose a 25 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 25 mm, this box offers room for a limited quantity of documents. This size is perfect if you regularly add and remove documents, without the box becoming too heavy. The compact size means you can place several boxes side by side.

Sturdy Manila card construction with practical details
This collection box is made from 0.5 mm Manila card, which is sturdy enough for daily use. The three flaps with elastic bands keep your documents safely in place, even when you move the box. The labelable spine label means you can always quickly find the right contents.

Practical delivery and assembly
The box is delivered flat, which saves space during storage and transport. You can easily fold the box up when you need it. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm are precisely matched to A4 format, so your documents fit perfectly without creasing.
