When should you choose a permanent drawing pen?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is designed for drawings and artworks that need to last. Choose this pen when you are working on projects where the lines must not fade due to light or moisture. Thanks to the pigmented drawing ink, your creations stay bright and sharp for years.

Why a 0.7 mm metal nib?
With a line width of 0.7 mm, you create medium-width lines that are suitable for both details and broader strokes. The metal nib ensures consistent line work and lasts longer than plastic alternatives. This thickness gives you the flexibility to apply different drawing styles without needing multiple pens.

Waterproof and lightfast drawing
This pen contains pigmented drawing ink that is waterproof and permanent once dry. Your drawings remain intact, even when they come into contact with moisture. The high lightfastness means your work won't discolour when it is displayed or stored in well-lit spaces.

Practical use and storage
The pen is odourless and acid-free, so you can work comfortably without any irritating fumes. The cap has a handy clip so you can easily attach the pen to your sketchbook or pocket. Store the pen horizontally with the cap tightly closed to prevent drying out and to maintain optimal performance.
