What does this fineliner do and when do you need it?

The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is a professional fineliner that you use for detailed drawing, sketching and technical drawings. With its 0.3 mm line width, this pen is ideal for fine line work, details and precision work where you need thin, consistent strokes.

Why this 0.3 mm width is the right choice

This 0.3 mm variant offers you the perfect balance between precision and ease of use. You can use it to draw very fine details as well as add slightly thicker accents by varying the pressure. The metal tip ensures the line width remains consistent, even during prolonged use.

Permanent and lightfast properties

This fineliner contains pigmented drawing ink that is permanent and waterproof. This means your drawings won't fade or run, even when they come into contact with water. The ink is also highly lightfast, so your artworks and technical drawings retain their colour intensity, even after prolonged exposure to light.

Practical features for everyday use

The pen is odourless and acid-free, which makes it pleasant to work with while drawing and ensures your paper isn't damaged. The cap features a clip so you can easily attach the pen to your sketchbook or pocket. Thanks to the metal tip, the 0.3 mm line width remains stable, which is essential for technical drawings where precision is required.
