When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
FIMO kids modelling clay is specially developed oven-hardening clay for children who enjoy making creative projects. You use this clay to model figures, jewellery or decorations, which you can then harden in the oven into lasting works of art. The clay becomes hard and durable after the baking process, so children can keep their creations.
Why this child-friendly version?
This FIMO kids version has been specially adapted to children's needs and made extra soft. This means small hands can knead and shape the clay more easily without having to use much force. The 42-gram size is ideal for children's projects – enough to make lovely creations without wasting a lot of material.
Safe and reliable baking process
The clay hardens in 30 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius in an ordinary household oven. This relatively low temperature makes the baking process safer when carried out under adult supervision. The product complies with the EN71 standard, which means it meets the European safety requirements for toys.
Practical storage solution
The clay is supplied in a resealable packaging, so you can store the clay properly after use without it drying out. Keep the packaging at room temperature and make sure it stays tightly closed. This way the clay remains soft and pliable for future craft projects for months.

Dex knows - user tips
Bake your creation for 30 minutes at 110 °C in the oven — do not use a microwave for this, and preferably set aside a separate oven tray that you no longer use for food.
