What does this product do?

Coloured cardstock is the ideal base material for craft and creative projects where you need a sturdy, coloured background. Whether you're making cards, putting together school projects or cutting out decorations: 180 g/m² card gives your work enough firmness without cracking when folded or cut.

Why this size and this colour?

The A4 format matches the most common working sizes and therefore fits standard cutting and stamping machines that work with A4. The pink colour is coloured through, which means the cut edges are also coloured and don't show up white. That gives a neater finish, especially if the edges remain visible in the finished product.

An honest look at the weight

At 180 g/m², this card falls into the medium-weight category: heavier than drawing paper, but lighter than thick embossed card. It's suitable for folding and cutting by hand, but don't expect the stiffness of thicker packaging card. The manufacturer describes good handling and absorbency, which also makes this card suitable for use with watercolour, stamps or glue without bleeding through straight away.

Practical tip for use and storage

This card is acid-free, meaning the paper won't yellow over time and is suitable for projects you want to keep, such as scrapbooks or archive folders. Store the sheets flat and in a dry place to prevent warping. Please note that this is handcraft coloured card and not intended to be fed through a laser or inkjet printer — always check your printer's specifications before loading coloured card.
