What does this product do?

Coloured cardboard is the material you use when ordinary paper is too flimsy and you need something sturdier. Think of craft projects, presentation backgrounds, cards, folders or other creative applications where the base needs structure and body.

Why this format and this variant?

This cardboard has the familiar DIN A4 format, so you can use it straight away in standard paper cutters or as a base for A5 cards by folding it in half. The banana yellow colour gives a warm, lively tint that is clearly visible and contrasts nicely with darker text or decorations. With 100 sheets per pack, you have enough stock for a larger project or for use in a group.

The most important feature, honestly assessed

The weight of 180 g/m² means you are dealing with sturdy cardboard that holds its shape well, stronger than standard copier paper yet still easy to fold and cut. An important characteristic is that the cardboard is dyed through, meaning the colour is not only on the surface but runs through the entire sheet. As a result, you keep an even colour even at cut edges, without a white core spoiling the finish. The material is also acid-free, which means it is less likely to yellow or discolour during long-term storage.

Practical tip

Check beforehand whether your printer can handle 180 g/m² cardboard, as many standard inkjet printers are not suitable for this weight. For manual use — cutting, gluing, drawing — this is of course no issue. Preferably store the sheets flat in a dry environment to prevent curling.
