What is crêpe paper and when do you use it?
Crêpe paper is a stretchy decorative material that you use for craft projects, party decorations and school work. Thanks to its crinkled texture, the paper is easy to shape and fold, so you can make flowers, garlands and other decorative elements with it.

Why choose this 500 mm wide size?
With a width of 500 mm and a length of 2.5 metres, you get enough material for medium to large projects. This size is practical because you can make wide decorative elements from it, as well as cut narrower strips for smaller details.

The benefits of moisture-sensitive crêpe paper
This crêpe paper has a special property: it is moisture-sensitive, which means the colour can bleed when it becomes damp. You can use this property creatively for special colour effects or colour gradients in your projects, but keep it in mind when working with other materials.

Practical tips for the best results
The paper is supplied on a handy roll, so you can easily unroll it and keep it straight while cutting. Store the roll in a dry place to preserve its quality and prevent unwanted colour bleeding. Thanks to its stretchy properties, you can gently stretch the paper to create more volume in your creations.
