When do you need universal labels?
Universal labels are ideal for organising and marking various items in the office, warehouse or at home. You use these labels, for example, for categorising documents, marking stock, addressing or creating a colour-coding system. The eye-catching colour makes them perfect for warnings, urgent matters or to visually distinguish certain categories.

Why choose this 25.4 × 10 mm size?
This compact size of 25.4 × 10 mm is perfect for situations where you have limited space but still want to label clearly. The format fits neatly on narrow surfaces such as lever arch files, small packaging, cables or archive boxes. With 3,780 labels spread over 20 A4 sheets, you get a generous supply that will last a long time.

Benefit of the removable adhesive layer
These labels are self-adhesive but removable, which means you can take them off without leaving any adhesive residue behind. This is handy for temporary markings, seasonal organisation or when you want to recategorise items. The rounded corners ensure the labels are less likely to lift at the edges.

Universal printer compatibility
The labels are suitable for inkjet, laser and copier machines, so you can print on them with virtually any office printer. Thanks to the border around each label, you can see exactly where to cut or tear. Make sure you use the correct printer settings for A4 format to ensure the text prints precisely on the labels.
