When do you need an extension shelving unit?
An extension shelving unit is used to expand existing shelving without buying a complete new unit. You attach this element to a base unit that is already in place, creating more storage space in the same area. This is ideal when your archive is growing or you want to make optimal use of your office space.

Why this compact 300mm deep format?
With a depth of 300mm, this extension shelving unit is specifically designed for standard lever arch files and document storage. The width of 750mm and height of 2250mm make it suitable for most office environments without taking up too much floor space. The light grey RAL 7035 blends neutrally with professional office interiors.

How strong is the load capacity?
Each shelf supports a maximum of 60 kg, which equates to roughly 30-40 full lever arch files per shelf. The complete shelving bay has a total load capacity of 500 kg. The 7 shelves are adjustable in height across 6 file heights, so you can adapt the layout to different document sizes and storage needs.

Practical assembly without tools
The boltless plug-in system means you don't need any tools for assembly. The steel construction with an integrated back panel ensures stability. Please note that this is an extension module which can only be used in combination with an existing base unit from the same system.
