What does this product do?
This extension bay is part of the Progress 500 system and is used to expand existing shelving configurations. You use it when you need more archive space but already have a base shelving unit in place. The 960×600×2250 mm size offers substantial storage capacity for ring binders and documents in a compact arrangement.

Why this size and design?
With 7 shelves at a height of 2250 mm, you get optimal use of standard office heights. The width of 960 mm is ideally suited to standard binder formats, allowing you to place several binders per shelf. The depth of 600 mm provides enough room for A4 binders without the cabinet taking up unnecessary floor space.

Load capacity and flexibility
Each shelf can carry up to 80 kg, so you can also store heavy document folders and archive boxes safely. The total shelving bay has a load capacity of 500 kg, ensuring stable storage even when fully loaded. The height of 6 binder heights per shelf gives you flexibility in arranging your archive material.

Practical assembly and compatibility
The screwless plug-in system makes assembly simple and requires no tools. The shelves are height-adjustable, so you can adapt the layout to different document sizes. Please note that this is an extension element - you need a base shelving unit to connect this cabinet to. The light grey colour (RAL 7035) suits most office interiors.
