When do you need an extension shelving unit?
An extension shelving unit such as this Progress 500 model is used to expand your existing shelving layout. You already have a basic shelving unit in place and want to create more storage space without having to purchase an entirely new system. This is particularly useful in offices, archives or warehouses where storage needs are growing.

Why choose this 260 cm height?
At a height of 260 cm, this shelving unit offers optimal storage space without the need for a stepladder to reach the top shelves. The 8 shelves give you flexibility to store different types of materials. With a height of 7 binder heights, you can place standard A4 binders perfectly upright on every level.

Solid load capacity for heavy materials
This shelving unit can carry 80 kg per shelf, meaning you can store full binders, boxes and other office supplies without any problems. The total shelving frame can even support 500 kg, so you needn't worry about stability when all the shelves are full.

Practical assembly without tools
The boltless slot system makes assembly simple and quick. You don't need any tools and can adjust the shelves' height when your storage needs change. Please note, however, that this extension shelving unit can only be used in combination with an existing Progress base system from the same brand.
