When do you need a base shelving unit?
This Kerkmann base shelving unit is ideal for setting up a new archive room or when you want to expand your existing storage. With its height of 2600 mm, you make optimal use of vertical space, while the 8 shelves provide enough compartments for documents, binders and office supplies. The system works perfectly as a starting point for a modular shelving setup.

Why choose this size?
The dimensions of 960×300 mm per shelf make this rack suitable for standard A4 binders and archive material. With 7 binder heights, you can place different document formats side by side. The depth of 300 mm ensures the rack does not take up too much space, while still offering sufficient stability for daily use.

Sturdiness without compromise
Each shelf supports up to 60 kg, so you can safely store heavy archive material too. The complete shelving unit has a total load capacity of 500 kg, meaning you can fully use the rack without worrying about stability. The construction from furniture steel guarantees durability under intensive use.

Practical assembly and adjustment
The boltless plug-in system makes assembly simple, with no tools required. You can adjust the shelves in height to store different items. Please note that this is a base unit without a back panel - perfect for continuous shelving runs or when you need access from both sides.
