When do you need a base unit?
The Kerkmann Progress 500 base unit is the ideal solution when you want to create a new shelving arrangement or expand your existing storage space. This type of rack forms the foundation of your storage system, and you can later extend it as needed with add-on units. You choose this format when you want to keep documents, lever arch files and other office supplies neatly organised.

Why choose these dimensions?
With dimensions of 750×600×2600 mm, this rack offers the perfect balance between storage capacity and space utilisation. The width of 75 cm and depth of 60 cm ensure that standard lever arch files and boxes fit comfortably, while the height of 2.6 metres makes optimal use of your office space without becoming overpowering.

Flexibility through height adjustment
The 8 shelves are height-adjustable across 7 file heights, so you can easily tailor the rack to different types of storage. Whether you want to store A4 lever arch files, archive boxes or other office supplies, you simply set the right height. The screwless peg system makes assembly and adjustment child's play without any tools.

Sturdiness and practical use
With a load capacity of 80 kg per shelf and 500 kg for the complete rack, you can store even heavy archive boxes without any problems. The absence of a back panel ensures good accessibility from both sides and makes the rack suitable as a space divider. The light grey RAL 7035 colour fits into any office environment, and the furniture steel material guarantees years of durability.
