What is a nylon ink ribbon and when do you need one?
A nylon ink ribbon such as the Kores G051NYSR is specially designed for mechanical calculator printers and cash register systems that still work with traditional ribbon printing. This black/red ribbon, measuring 13 mm × 6 m, ensures your device can produce sharp, clear printouts of numbers and text.

Why choose this specific size?
The 13 mm width is the standard size for many professional calculator printers and cash register systems from the 1980s and 1990s. The 6-metre length offers sufficient capacity for long-term use without frequent replacement. The nylon quality ensures a longer lifespan than ordinary fabric ribbons and delivers consistent print quality.

Black and red ink for clear distinction
This ribbon contains both black and red ink, which is essential for cash registers and accounting printers that need to display negative amounts or special functions in red. The colour differentiation helps you quickly recognise different types of transactions and keeps your records clearer.

Wide compatibility with classic devices
The Kores G051NYSR is compatible with dozens of different brands and models, including Brother, Canon, Casio, Citizen, Epson, Facit, NCR, Olympia and Sanyo printers. Always check your exact model number in the full compatibility list to be sure this ribbon fits your specific calculator printer or cash register system perfectly.
