These green LEITZ suspension files keep your documents organised and within easy reach. Thanks to the pre-punched slots they're easy to hang, and the included tabs provide a clear structure.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are the ideal solution when you want to neatly archive a lot of loose documents in a suspension file cabinet or drawer. They keep your papers upright and easily accessible. This A4 format is perfect for standard office paper such as contracts, invoices and correspondence.
Why choose 250 g/m² card?
These LEITZ ALPHA suspension files are made from sturdy 250 g/m² card, which strikes a good balance between firmness and flexibility. The material is strong enough to withstand regular use without tearing, yet not so heavy that the files become awkward to slide around in your filing system.
Handy features for expansion
A particularly practical feature of these suspension files is the pre-punched slots in both the front and back. These are specially designed for type 6130 tab strips, allowing you to expand the capacity of your suspension files if you need to store more documents than normally possible.
Complete set ready to use
You receive 5 suspension files per pack, each complete with index tabs and labelling inserts. This means you can get started straight away without having to buy any extra parts. The files comply with DIN 821 standards, which guarantees standardisation for use in most office environments and filing systems.
