These Leitz suspension files ensure tidy filing in your office. With sturdy card quality and handy tabs, your documents stay neatly ordered and easy to find.
When do you choose this product?
What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are indispensable for organising loose documents in a suspension file cabinet or drawer. You hang them on rails in the drawer and can easily store papers in them that you consult regularly. They are ideal for active files, project documentation or client folders that you want to be able to grab quickly.
Why choose A4 format in this pack?
The A4 format suits standard Dutch documents and letters. With 25 pieces in one pack, you immediately have sufficient stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive or for setting up a new filing system. This prevents you from having to reorder halfway through.
Sturdy 250 gram card keeps documents safe
These suspension files are made of 250 gram per square metre card, which ensures durability with daily use. The card keeps its shape even when the file is full of documents. The pre-punched slots mean you can add tab strips for extra strength with heavy files if needed.
Practical details for immediate use
The files comply with DIN 821 dimensions, so they fit all standard suspension file systems. Each pack comes with tabs and label holders included, so you can start labelling and organising straight away. Make sure you have suspension file cabinets suitable for this A4 format before ordering.
