These suspension files make sorting easy! The sturdy cardboard keeps your documents safe and the supplied tabs ensure clear archiving.
When do you choose this product?
What is a suspension file folio?
A suspension file folio is a filing system that you use to store documents neatly in suspension files. You hang these files from rails in a drawer cabinet or archive box, giving you quick access to your paperwork without having to take it out.
Why choose this A4 size?
This suspension file folio is made to DIN 821 dimensions, which means it is perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The dimensions ensure your paperwork fits neatly without creasing or damage, and the size suits most Dutch office environments.
Sturdy card quality of 250 g/m²
The card weighs 250 grams per square metre, which provides sufficient strength for daily use. This thickness prevents the files from tearing or sagging quickly, even when you take them out of the cabinet regularly. The card is strong enough for office environments where the files are used frequently.
Practical compatibility and contents
The files have pre-punched slots on the front and back that are suitable for 6130 tab strips. You receive 25 pieces, including tabs and label holders so you can start labelling straight away. This makes it a complete set for setting up a new filing system or topping up your existing stock of suspension files.
