When do you need a suspension file pocket?
You use a suspension file pocket to store loose documents neatly in suspension files. You place the pocket in a suspension file and can then keep A4 documents in it that you need regularly but do not want to punch holes in. This prevents papers from falling through the suspension file or getting damaged.

Why choose this cardboard format?
This Leitz Alpha suspension file pocket is made of 250 g/m² cardboard, which provides sufficient sturdiness without adding unnecessary bulk to your suspension files. The A4 format fits perfectly with standard office sizes and takes up no more space than necessary. The grey colour blends neutrally into any filing system.

Practical hook-and-loop design
The hook-and-loop fastening keeps the contents securely closed, even when you move or transport the suspension file. You can open and close the pocket quickly without fuss with elastic bands or other fastenings that might break. This makes it ideal for documents you consult regularly but still want to keep protected.

Compatibility and practical tips
These suspension file pockets have pre-punched slots for 6130 fastener strips, so you can also use them in ring binders if desired. The pocket is supplied with tabs and label holders, so you can start labelling your archive straight away. Make sure you do not put too many documents in one pocket to prevent tearing.
