When do you need a signature folder?
A signature folder is used to organise and present documents that require signing in a clear way. This type of folder is indispensable in office environments where contracts, agreements or other important papers regularly need to circulate for signatures from different people.

Why choose 10 compartments in DIN A4 format?
With 10 compartments, this folder offers enough space to keep different documents separate without the whole thing becoming too bulky. The DIN A4 format fits standard office paper perfectly, and the dimensions of 240 x 340 mm ensure that your documents can be stored neatly without folding.

Advantage of the grey absorbent cardboard
The grey absorbent cardboard in the compartments absorbs moisture so that fresh ink from signatures dries quickly. This prevents smudging and stains when documents are put away immediately after signing, which is essential for a professional presentation of important papers.

Practical details for everyday use
The elastic spine adjusts to the amount of contents, so the folder remains usable even when it is full. The reinforced carrying tabs and viewing holes make it easy to quickly find the right compartment. The label holder helps you clearly mark the contents, which is especially handy when you are using several signature folders at the same time.
