What are alphabet labels and when do you use them?
Alphabet labels are special labels for systematically organising documents, folders and archives. You use them when you want to create a clear alphabetical system in your office or administration. These LEITZ labels with the letter 'V' are ideal for marking all files beginning with this letter.

Why choose this 30×23 mm format?
This compact format fits perfectly on folder spines and suspension files without taking up too much space. The 30×23 mm size ensures the letter 'V' remains clearly legible, even in full filing cabinets. The format is large enough for easy recognition, yet small enough to keep things looking neat.

Durability and colour coding to standard
These grey labels follow the IFOSA colour key, an international standard for archiving. The labels do not fade in daylight and do not wear out with regular use. This means your filing system keeps its professional appearance for years without you having to replace your labels.

Practical use with 250 labels on a roll
With 250 labels on a self-adhesive carrier roll, you have enough stock for extensive archiving projects. The labels come in a handy dispenser box, so you can easily peel off one label at a time. This quantity is ideal for medium-sized to large offices that want to label their entire 'V' section.
