What are letter labels and when do you use them?
Letter labels are self-adhesive labels that you use to arrange documents, folders and files alphabetically. You need them when you want to set up a systematic filing system in which you can quickly find documents based on letters or names.

Why choose this 30×23 mm size?
This compact size of 30×23 mm is ideal for use on narrow folder spines and suspension files where space is limited. The format is large enough to be clearly legible, but does not take up too much room in your filing system.

Benefits of Leitz Orgacolor quality
These letter labels are resistant to fading and do not wear out with regular use. The colours follow the IFOSA colour standard, which ensures a professional and consistent look for your filing system. The barcode on the inside helps when managing large quantities of labels.

Practical tips for optimal use
The labels are supplied on a carrier roll of 250 pieces in a handy dispenser box, so you can easily peel them off one at a time. Thanks to their self-adhesive nature, they stick well to various surfaces. The violet 'G' is perfect for a colour-coded system in which each letter has its own recognisable colour.
