When to use letter stickers for archive management
Letter stickers are indispensable for systematically organising files, folders and archive boxes. You need them when you want to set up or maintain an alphabetical archive system, where each letter has its own section. These stickers make it possible to find the right documentation at a glance.

Why this 30×23 mm size is ideal
The 30×23 mm format offers sufficient visibility without taking up too much space on your folders or boxes. This size is large enough to make the letter 'S' clearly legible, even from a short distance, yet compact enough for use on standard office supplies such as suspension files and binders.

Durability to the IFOSA standard
The green colour follows the IFOSA colour key, meaning you are using a standardised colour coding that looks professional and uniform. The stickers do not fade or wear, so your archive system retains its professional appearance for years. With 250 pieces, you have sufficient stock for extensive archiving projects.

Practical use and storage
The stickers come on a carrier roll and are self-adhesive, making them easy to apply without any additional tools. They are supplied in a dispenser box that provides protection and allows for easy storage. The barcode on the inside helps with stock management when you use multiple letter sets in your archive system.
