Why an exercise ball at the office?
An exercise ball activates your muscles while you sit and encourages small movements that improve your posture. You use your core muscles to keep your balance, which helps with back complaints and brings more variety to your working position during long office days.

The right size for your height
This 65 cm exercise ball is specially designed for people between 156 and 180 cm tall. At these dimensions, you sit at the right height in relation to your desk, with your legs forming an angle of roughly 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor.

Anti-roll function for safety
The most important feature of this exercise ball is the anti-roll safety function, which prevents the ball from suddenly shooting away when you sit down or stand up. This gives you the stability you need for safe office use, while still keeping the active sitting experience.

Practical details and maintenance
The ball has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg and is supplied complete with a hand pump, stopper remover and two plug stoppers. The removable fabric cover has a handy carry handle and is washable, so you can keep the ball clean with ease. The inner ball is phthalate-free for a safer user experience.
