When do you choose this product?
When should you choose an office exercise ball?
An ergonomic exercise ball such as the LEITZ Ergo Active offers an active alternative to traditional sitting. Thanks to the unstable surface, your muscle groups are automatically activated and your posture improves while you work. This makes it ideal when you sit at a desk for long periods and want to sit more mindfully.
Why this size and finish?
With a diameter of 550 mm, this exercise ball is suitable for people with a height between 135 and 155 cm. The samt grey colour fits well in professional office environments. The anti-roll function ensures that the ball does not slide away when you stand up, which is practical in a busy workspace.
Durable and user-friendly design
The ball has a phthalate-free inner ball with a removable fabric cover over it that you can wash. This keeps your exercise ball hygienic and fresh. With a load capacity of 120 kg, it offers sufficient sturdiness for daily use. The handle makes it easy to move the ball.
Practical installation and maintenance
Upon delivery, you receive a hand pump, a plug remover and two sealing plugs, so you can get started straight away. The washable fabric cover is simply pulled over the inner ball. Be sure to maintain the correct sitting height by not inflating the ball too hard - this promotes the active sitting effect.

Dex knows - user tips
Pump the ball up until it feels firm but still gives slightly under pressure, and let it rest overnight after inflating before you use it. This allows the material to settle into the pressure and prevents the ball from losing its shape too quickly.
