Get moving while you work with this sitting ball, which activates your core and improves your posture. The washable cover and anti-roll function make daily use effortless, pump included so it's ready to use straight away.
When do you choose this product?
What does an ergonomic balance ball do?
An ergonomic balance ball such as the LEITZ Ergo Active replaces your traditional office chair and activates your muscles while you sit. Because of the unstable surface, you are constantly making small corrective movements that improve your posture and strengthen your core muscles. This helps prevent back complaints and increases your concentration thanks to the active sitting position.
Why this diameter of 650 mm?
This ball is specially designed for people between 156 and 180 cm tall. At this diameter you sit at the right height, with your thighs horizontal and your feet flat on the floor. This ensures an optimal posture and prevents you from sitting too low or too high relative to your desk.
Anti-roll-away function for safety
The most important safety feature of this balance ball is the anti-roll-away function, which prevents the ball from rolling away from under you when you stand up. The ball can support a weight of up to 150 kg and has a phthalate-free inner ball, meaning no harmful plasticisers have been used. The removable fabric cover with handle makes it easy to move.
Complete set with practical accessories
You receive everything you need to get started straight away: a hand pump for inflating, a plug remover for maintenance and 2 extra sealing plugs as spares. The fabric cover is washable, so you can always keep the ball clean. This makes the balance ball suitable for intensive daily use in the office.

Dex knows - user tips
Pump the ball up until it feels firm but still gives slightly under pressure, and let it rest overnight after inflating before you use it. This allows the material to settle into the pressure and prevents the ball from losing its shape too quickly.
