When do you need a Cat. 7 network cable?
This professional network cable is for when you need data connections over longer distances. Cat. 7 cables are suitable for networks where you expect high speeds, such as office networks, server rooms or connecting equipment that has to process large amounts of data.

Why choose this 30 metre length?
With a length of 30 metres, you bridge the distance between different rooms or floors without having to connect multiple cables. This length is handy when equipment is set up far apart, for example between a router in the meter cupboard and workstations in other rooms, where shorter cables may be too short.

Benefits of the S/FTP shielding
The S/FTP construction (PIMF) means that each wire pair is individually shielded and that there is an overall screen around them. This is the shielding structure of this cable.

Practical details for use
The cable has gold-plated RJ45 contacts and an LSZH sheath. With a bandwidth of up to 800 MHz, the cable is designated as conforming to ISO/IEC 11801.
