When do you need a Cat 7 S/FTP network cable?
You use this professional network cable for reliable internet connections between devices and network equipment. You need a Cat 7 cable when you want to achieve high speeds over longer distances, for example in office environments or when connecting servers and switches.

Why choose a 20 metre length?
With 20 metres you have enough length to connect equipment that is further apart, without signal loss. This length is ideal for bridging larger spaces, running cable through ceilings or floors, or connecting network cabinets to workstations at a distance.

Benefits of S/FTP shielding
The S/FTP shielding (screened with PIMF technology) protects the signal against electromagnetic interference from other devices. This ensures stable connections, especially in environments with a lot of electrical equipment. The gold-plated contacts prevent corrosion and guarantee good signal transmission.

Professional specifications for reliability
This cable supports frequencies up to 800 MHz in accordance with the ISO/IEC 11801 standard. The LSZH sheath produces less smoke when heated, which is safer in office environments. The Cat 7 indoor cable offers extra bandwidth headroom for future applications, while the RJ45 connectors remain compatible with standard network ports.
