What does a Cat 6A S/FTP network cable do?
A Cat 6A S/FTP network cable provides a stable and fast network connection between devices such as computers, switches and routers. You need this cable when you want reliable data transfer, especially in professional environments where interference may occur. The 10-metre length offers sufficient flexibility for connections within office spaces or between different rooms.

Why choose the shielded S/FTP version?
This cable has double shielding (S/FTP) that effectively blocks electromagnetic interference. The PIMF shielding around each wire pair and the overall shielding protect your network traffic against disruption from other electrical devices. This is essential in office environments with a lot of electronics or industrial settings where reliability is crucial.

High-quality connectors and materials
The RJ45 connectors have gold-plated contacts that prevent corrosion and ensure optimal signal transmission. The reinforced housing protects the delicate connections against mechanical damage. The LSZH cable sheath ensures that the cable releases fewer harmful gases when heated, which is important for safety in enclosed spaces.

Practical identification and installation
The purple colour of the strain relief boot makes this cable easy to recognise in your network installation. The category and cable type are printed on the cable itself, which is handy for documentation and maintenance. The 1:1 wiring means you can use the cable directly for standard Ethernet connections without any modifications.
