When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
You choose this LogiLink Professional network cable when you want to connect devices with high network speeds. Cat. 6A cables are suitable for professional network environments where reliable data transmission is essential. This 1.5 metre cable is ideal for short distances between devices such as computers, switches or routers.

Why choose the shielded S/FTP version?
This cable has S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding that keeps interference from external sources out. The shielded RJ45 connectors and the PIMF (Pairs in Metal Foil) construction ensure stable connections, especially in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. This makes the difference between a working and a disrupted network connection.

The benefits of gold-plated contacts and LSZH sheath
The gold-plated contacts prevent corrosion and guarantee a durable connection. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath produces less smoke and no toxic gases when heated, which is important for safety in offices. The reinforced cable housing prevents damage to the delicate connection points.

Practical tip for optimal use
Check in advance whether your devices support Cat. 6A to take full advantage of its performance. The 1:1 wiring makes this cable suitable for standard Ethernet connections. Store the cable in the supplied polybag when not in use, and avoid sharp bends in the black strain-relief boot to protect the copper wires.
