When do you need a Cat 6A network cable?
A Cat 6A network cable is used to connect devices in your network to each other when you need high speeds and stability. This cable is suitable for professional applications where reliable data transfer is crucial, such as connecting computers, switches, routers or NAS systems.

Why choose a 7.5 metre length?
At 7.5 metres, you have enough cable to connect devices that are a bit further apart, without unnecessary excess metres. This length is practical for office environments where, for example, you need to connect a workstation to a switch in a cabinet, or for home offices where the router is not directly next to your computer.

Advantages of the S/FTP shielding
This cable has an S/FTP (shielded) construction with PIMF technology, meaning each wire pair is individually shielded against electromagnetic interference. This ensures stable connections even in environments with a lot of electronic equipment. The gold-plated contacts on the RJ45 connectors provide extra protection against corrosion and guarantee a good connection.

Practical details for installation
The cable has an LSZH sheath, which releases fewer harmful fumes when heated, which is important in office environments. The red colour of the strain relief makes the cable easy to identify in your network installation. Thanks to the 1:1 wiring, the cable is ready to use straight away as plug-and-play without any adjustments, and the gold-plated connectors ensure extra durability when plugging and unplugging regularly.
