When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
You use this network cable to connect devices to your network via a wired internet connection. Cat. 6A cables are suitable for higher speeds than standard Cat. 5e cables and ensure a stable connection between your computer, printer, NAS or other network devices and your router or switch.

Why choose a 5-metre length?
With 5 metres you have enough room to connect devices that are a bit further apart, for example from your workstation to a wall socket or between different rooms. This length gives you flexibility in your setup without having excess cable lying around causing clutter.

Shielded connection for a stable signal
This cable has S/FTP shielding with a PIMF construction, meaning each wire pair is individually shielded against interference. The copper conductors and gold-plated contacts in the RJ45 connectors ensure optimal signal transmission. The LSZH sheath produces less smoke and toxic gases when heated than regular PVC cables.

Practical details for use
The green colour helps with organising your network connections, especially useful if you use multiple cables. The cable has a 1:1 pin layout, meaning both ends are wired identically according to the standard. The strain reliefs (boots) prevent damage to the connector when the cable is bent.
