When do you need a Cat. 8.1 network cable?
A Cat. 8.1 network cable is used for professional network connections where you need maximum speed and reliability. This cable is suitable for data centres, servers and high-end network infrastructure where standard network cables are not sufficient. You mainly need this cable for 40 Gigabit connections over shorter distances.

Why choose a 20 metre cable?
A 20 metre length gives you sufficient reach for connections between different rooms or floors. This length is ideal when your equipment is not located directly next to each other, but you still want to maintain the highest Cat. 8.1 performance. The cable is long enough for flexible installations without having to connect multiple cables.

Professional shielding for interference-free connection
This cable has S/FTP shielding (geschirmd PIMF) with copper conductors, which ensures minimal signal loss and protection against electromagnetic interference. The moulded RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts guarantee a stable connection. The LSZH sheath means that less toxic fumes are released when heated, which is important in office environments.

Pay attention to correct use
This professional cable works with all standard network ports that support RJ45. The 1:1 wiring ensures that the cable can be used immediately without modifications. Store the cable in the supplied polybag to prevent damage, and when installing, pay attention to the black strain relief boot to extend its service life.
