Short high-quality network cable that guarantees stable connections. With shielding against interference and gold-plated contacts for optimal signal transmission, ideal for professional networks.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a Cat. 6A patch cable?
This LogiLink Professional patch cable is used for reliable network connections in professional environments. Cat. 6A cables are suitable for high-speed data connections and support higher frequencies than standard Cat. 6 cables. You need this type of cable when you want to connect network equipment, servers or switches to one another.
Why choose this short 0.25 metre length?
At a length of just 0.25 metres, this cable is ideal for short connections in server cabinets, patch panels or between equipment placed directly next to each other. The short length ensures a tidy installation without excess cable length hanging in the way. This size is mainly used in professional IT environments where every centimetre of space counts.
Advantages of the shielded S/FTP version
This cable has an S/FTP (shielded) design with PIMF construction, meaning each wire pair is individually shielded. This provides protection against electromagnetic interference that can affect signal integrity. The gold-plated contacts ensure optimal conductivity and protection against corrosion, which is important for stable connections.
Practical details for installation
The RJ45 connectors have an enlarged boot that offers extra protection against damage. The LSZH sheath (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) is safer in the event of fire, as it produces less smoke and no toxic gases. The purple colour and cable print with category information make identification easier in complex network installations. The 1:1 wiring ensures standard Ethernet compatibility.
